Why does Goodhertz have a Pi Day Sale?

We’re not entirely sure. But over the years, we’ve developed a deep appreciation of all the ways the number π (pi aka 3.1415926…) and circles impact music and audio. From kick drums to turntables to condenser mic diaphragms, circles are everywhere in music. Need to filter out some bass in an EQ plugin like Tone Control? You can bet pi was used under the hood to calculate the filter coefficients.
