Offline Authorization
To complete offline authentication of your Goodhertz plugins, follow these steps:
- Disconnect the offline computer from the internet (if it isn’t already).
- Log into any plugin with your goodhertz.com email and password to create a challenge.ghz3 file.
- Upload the challenge.ghz3 below and hit “Submit Challenge”.
- A response.ghz3 file should begin downloading.
- Authenticate your plugins in one of two ways:
- Place the response.ghz3 file on the Desktop and open up a new Goodhertz plugin. (After authentication, this file can be removed from the Desktop).
- Drag & drop the response.ghz3 file onto a running instance of a Goodhertz plugin.
Please note, refunds cannot be processed after a Response has been issued with this form.
What is offline authorization?
Offline authorization lets you use Goodhertz plugins without an internet connection.
How often do I need to create a new response.ghz3 file?
You should only need to complete this process once, or whenever you add a new Goodhertz plugin to your collection.
Does this work for offline trials?
It does not — we do not offer offline trials.
What should I do if this doesn’t work?
Please send us an email at support@goodhertz.com and we’ll get it sorted.
